Humane Plus is an AI-assisted customer support automation platform for e-commerce merchants. It receives and manages support requests, drafts replies and supports handling them in the dashboard.

Optional integrations

Customers can connect their e-mail infrastructure and their Shopify store. Shopify order, shipping and product data is processed exclusively to give context to support requests.

Automation

Replies can be approved by the customer before they are sent or — once configured accordingly — sent automatically. The specific scope of services depends on the plan booked in each case.
