How we review AI replies before they reach your customers

Most mistakes an AI support agent makes are boring ones. A tracking number from the wrong order. A return promised that your own policy does not allow. A tone that lands too briskly for someone writing in for the second time. That is why we treat every draft as a proposal and not as a result.
What gets checked before sending
Before a reply goes out we score it along several axes. Whether the case is legally sensitive. Whether money is attached, a refund or a replacement shipment. Whether the answer matches the rules you configured. Whether the tone fits what your brand writes elsewhere. Those signals come together in a structured way instead of disappearing into one gut call.
The important part is the uncomfortable one. We do not let the same model that wrote the text grade its own work at the end. The system enforces approval, not the agent. If a score crosses your threshold or a check fails, we escalate. When in doubt the reply lands with you rather than with the customer.
Why this speeds up the boring cases
The effect is not that everything slows down. Order status and standard questions run through, because little goes wrong there. Your time goes into the cases where it changes the outcome, meaning edge cases, goodwill decisions, and wording where half a wrong sentence gets expensive.
You also decide category by category what sends automatically. Keeping an eye on returns yourself while everything else runs is an ordinary setting, not a special case.
