Email support that grows with you
Published on March 15, 2025

A shared inbox works for a surprisingly long time. Up to roughly a hundred messages a month, two people talking to each other is enough. After that it breaks, and not gradually.
The symptoms are always the same. Two people answer the same customer. One email slips because a newer one sorted above it. Nobody can say how many requests are open, because "read" and "handled" are the same checkmark.
From inbox to case
We take the intake and turn it into cases with a state. Every message gets classified, matched to a customer and where possible to an order, and given a status you can see. Open, waiting on the customer, done. For requests that are waiting on a reply, a status of their own beats any reminder you set for yourself.
Then there is the answer itself. The agent drafts with the order and shipping context it pulls from the shop. You send it, correct it, or switch whole categories to automatic.
What becomes measurable
Once cases have a state, you can count them. How much ran automatically, how much you touched yourself, which topics keep coming back. That is the point where support stops being a feeling and starts being a number you can do something with.
